OUR INSPIRATION
The inspiration for this spirited beverage came during an apple pressing held in a beautiful field in Taos, New Mexico. As the sun went down and imbibing began,
we had the idea to add a bit of rum to the fresh-from-the-tree cider.
Voilà, the first Drink Society cocktail was born.
Back home in CA, the recipe was perfected by adding a squeeze of lemon, some orange peel, and a pinch of
ginger. It's been served to many guests since our first sip and there has been nothing but "cheers" all around.
Simply put, we want to share this delicious drink with the rest of the world.
